Redwood International Ltd’s policy is to meet the requirements of both our internal and external customers. With this in mind, our commitment remains to achieve total customer satisfaction through error-free work.
The strength of our company are the employees. An open environment at the work place helps employees feel a part of the Company, and motivates them to contribute their best. With the use of Participative Management, employees involvement in the decision making process is of the utmost importance. We are committed to the continued improvement of the quality of our service. This we carry out through innovation, training, technology and teamwork. In return we get more from our employees in terms of sales, productivity and profitability. Investing in people also benefits from reduced employee turnover and greater customer satisfaction.
